Charles Graham has launched The Kung Fu Café!
This is the place to learn cooking and kung fu. On New Year’s day 2010, after deciding that too many martial artists take themselves way too seriously, Charles thought, “Why not show the world that kung fu is an enjoyable art form and not just some MMA brawl fest“?
Realizing that not only did he have martial arts to offer, but also being a master cook (cook, not chef), Charles could share this art form as well. And the Kung Fu Café was born.

Charles Graham found his love for cooking at an early age, learning to make traditional southern meals from his Mother, and soul food from his nanny, Andora. While in High School, a friend took him to see a demonstration given by Charle’s first teacher, Sifu Jeff Bolt. He describes it as “Seeing a man jumping around with a sword that appeared to be magic.”
It wasn’t long till Charles learned to jump around with a sword himself. Seriously though, Charles is one of the few martial Artists that can really use all of the weapons and form movements realistically. He really can fight with a sword! Or hands or feet or spatula...
